Enjoying a temperate maritime climate with longer sun hours and milder average temperatures than the rest of the UK, the islands are fortunate to be an excellent all year-round holiday destination. Spring and Summer are a great time to relax and soak up the sun on one of our many beautiful, deserted white sandy beaches, or pay a visit to the sub-tropical gardens on Tresco. For all its temperate mellowness, a wintery Scilly can also be witness to impressive storms and tempestuous seas. Autumn and Winter on the islands are wonderful times to revel in the islands’ stunning natural beauty and warm local hospitality.

The Apartment - Yours to Enjoy

Your apartment is tastefully furnished to a very high standard with matching oak furniture, and modern appliances throughout. It provides accommodation for five people.

The comfortable 27’ harbourside lounge/dining room offers spectacular and uninterrupted sea views, and comes complete with flat screen TV and DVD, an iPod/CD/radio music player and a selection of CDs. Additionally, there is a second TV lounge with 50” 8K UHD TV and Blu-ray player, and a selection of DVDs, refreshed annually. There is a gas barbecue in the secluded patio area outside . Enjoy fresh barbecued Scillonian lobster or fish grilled to perfection right at home!

The double master bedroom boasts uninterrupted sea-views and includes an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a large king/twin-bedded room with an additional single bed. Both bedrooms have radio-clock alarms and hairdryers together with direct USB charging points.

The main family bathroom also has bath and separate shower.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, Phillips food processor, slow cooker and a Gaggia bean-to-cup coffee machine.

There is an outside storage room, containing tumble dryer and hanging area.

Electricity, bed linen, towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.

The apartment also offers free wi-fi, with an excellent signal throughout.
